villa is ideal for a family and just right for those who appreciate a
warm and snug house, both inside and out. Nice large swimming pool with
sun-warmed paving and also a wonderful outside area for meals at all

House size: Approx.: 140 m2. Standard/style: Provençal style stone house with classic, tasteful English style decoration. View: From the terrace/outdoor room can be seen the adjacent pool, garden and part of the domain outside. Undisturbed location even though there are neighbours nearby. Garden/pool: Small garden with a huge area around the 10 metre swimming pool. Stone terraces with outdoor furniture next to the house and pool. Really snug. Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with American fridge, large oven, microwave, etc. Barbecue, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning in the master bedroom. Wi-Fi Internet access, although reception is variable. Parking for 1 car. About the area. Location: Situated in a private domain, 5 minutes by car from Valbonne, close to Mougins. Walking distance 20 minutes. Entertainment/shopping: Valbonne has everything; cafés, restaurants, markets, bakeries, etc., just 10 minutes to a large grocery store. However also near to the smaller shops, pleasant restaurants and all possible kinds of entertainment and shopping in Cannes, Antibes and Nice.
