Booking
How nice that you
would like to book a holiday in one of our Bonsdorff Villas houses!
We hope that the week or weeks that you want are free and that we can
quickly get back to you with a confirmation (if the period that you
have asked for is not available we shall immediately let you know by
post or telephone).
Note! Your booking will become definite once you have received your
booking confirmation and you have paid the deposit (30% of the total
rental amount).
Please read through the rental and booking terms and conditions, and
where applicable complete your requests for extra services before you
send us your booking details below. |

Booking
& payment
As soon as we have received your
booking you will receive a booking confirmation by post. Within 7 days
after you have received your booking confirmation, we ask you to return
a signed copy to us at the same time as you pay the stated booking fee
(30% of the total rental amount). Only
when we have received yoursigned booking confirmation and the booking fee will your booking be
definitive and binding. The balance of the rental amount should be paid
60 days before the rental period begins. Note! For bookings made less
than 60 days before the rental period, the whole of the rental amount
(100%) must be paid at the time of booking. |

Rental and payment terms and
conditions
Bonsdorff Villas
assists in renting out homes on the French Riviera, and we also help
clients to find suitable holiday rentals on the French Riviera. We
arrange the contacts and act as a service provider for both parties.
Our aim is to provide all the help that you may need, whether you are a
guest or an owner. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any
questions or if anything concerning the following terms and conditions
is unclear.
Late payments
Important! If payment of
the balance does not take place in accordance with the above booking
terms and conditions the booking will be cancelled and considered as a
formal cancellation, in which case the booking fee (30%) shall not be
refunded.

What's
included in the price
The house is rented out furnished
and equipped with sufficient quilts, cushions, beds and household
utensils for the stated number of guests. Sheets and towels are not
included but can be orded to an add cost of € 30/person/week. You are
welcome to bring extra sheets, or you can rent them through us. Normal
consumption of water and electricity is included. On your arrival we
meet you personally and hand over the keys, also giving you general
instructions on things that apply to your holiday home. Similarly, we
collect the keys and inspect the house on your departure. If you wish
to order any of our extra services, these are subject to additional
charges. |

Obligatory deposit
On behalf of our house owners
we require a deposit from guests in case something occurs to damage the
house or its contents. The deposit is generally 1000 € (more in some
cases) and is to be payed together with the final payment 60 days
before arrival. The deposit will be repayed one week after leaving, if
no damage has to be covered. The deposit will be directly repayed when
cancelling the booking. |

Cancellation
If cancellation is necessary, this
must be stated in writing and will apply as soon as Bonsdorff Villas
has confirmed the cancellation. We recommend that you take out holiday
cancellation insurance as part of your usual home and travel insurance
to cover possible cancellation. The following cancellation rules apply:
A cancellation fee of € 200 will apply in the case of cancellation 80
days before the beginning of the rental period, € 500 will apply on
cancellation between 80 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental
period, and should the cancellation be made between 60 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period, only 50% of the total rental
amount shall be returned; in the case of cancellation within less than
30 days of the beginning of the rental period, none of the rental
amount shall be refunded. Note! We strongly recommend you to
cover your booking with an own insurance if you have to cancel your
booking after the day that you will not get your payment back.
Whatever the reason may be for cancelling, Bonsdorff Villas will not
repay the payment if you cancel your booking after the time given above. |

Responsibility
All the houses we rent are owned by
private people who have set their personal stamp and atmosphere on
their homes. These are very special houses, that offer a wonderful and
comfortable holiday
base for the guests. We are therefore convinced
that you as guests will look after your accommodation "as if it was
your own" and keep to the spirit of the rules so that you will be able
to leave the house in the same condition as you found it.

Complaints
The renter shall immediately report
any faults or deficiencies to Bonsdorff Villas in order that
appropriate measures can be taken to rectify any problems.
NOTE! Special price,
rental and booking coditions apply in the case of long-term rentals,
e.g. during the autumn, winter and spring. You are welcome to contact
us for further details!
