Here you can enjoy ”true” Italy sharing an espresso or a drink with the locals in the bar, dine at the restaurant and buy your fresh bread, salami and localy produced olive oil in the grossery shop. The house is a renovated villa with high standard and lots of space. It offers a surrounded garden with pool and a charming guesthouse. Here you have total privacy with only the mountains and greenery in front of you. It's a peaceful and relaxing place with just the sound from the small river passing the village and maybe the chuch bell now and then.
Still you can enjoy the Italian Rivera life and the Mediterranian sea in the coast villages of Ventimiglia and San Remo close by. Bienvenuto!

Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms + guesthouse for 1-2 people.
Baths: 2 and guest toilet.
Layout: nice open groundfloor with kitchen/dinging and livingroom with fireplace. Window doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom.
Views: open mountain views and greenery.
Garden: big garden with grass and terrace.
Parking: parking for several cars a few meters from the house.
Facilities: aircond, wifi, BBQ, TV/DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove etc

About the area
Location: The house is situated a few minutes walk from the center of the village. It's just 15 min drive down to the coastal village of Ventimiglia. And you are also close to go to Menton in France.
Entertainment/shopping: you find everything you need in Olivetta, but you also have other small villages close by for restaurants and bars. Ventimiglia is the main village for bigger shopping and the sea with lots of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets etc.
Bathing: 20 min drive to all the beaches in Ventimiglia.
Golf: within 30-45 minutes.
Airport: 50 minutes to Nice airport.
