Description of the villa: Classic entrance with a hall (marble floor) and the big staircase up to the second floor and tower. Open kitchen and a separate dining room with terrace doors out to the front of the house with the terrace along the house. Big living room with fireplaces and terrace doors out to the upper level of the garden where the pool area is. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The stairs continues to a tower where there is an extra small room (office) and on the top of the tower there is a outdoor terrace with beautiful view over Menton and the sea. From the entrance hall there is also another staircase leading to the lowest part of the house with the garden just outside the terrace doors. Here there is 2 more bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. You can separate this area for staff. Size of the villa: 350 sqm.
