A corridor with several closets. Upstairs are one bedroom with double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. They share a big bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. House size: 200 m2 Standard/style: The house was built 20 years ago, but the style is old provencal. With terra cotta floors and beautiful old doors and cabinetry. The house was completely refurbished 2012. It has lots of charm. View: Very private setting on a cul-de-sac on a hill, with stunning views over a valley all the way down to the sea. Garden/pool: A terraced olive grove with 61 olive trees. A great pool with garden furniture. A wide stone staircase leads down to a petanque (boule) court. A big dining table is located in the garden a few steps from the kitchen and the BBQ. A perfect place for long dinners for 8 people. Parking: Outside the house. Facilities: Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A separate fridge in the adjacent utility room.
