Charming new renovated villa with high position and fantastic views.
Sun all day and very calm in a nice domain just outside the charming
village of
Grimaud (10 km from St Tropz). Entrance level with hall, open
livingroom, dining area and kitchen.Guest toilet. Big window doors out
to huge terrace and pool area.
Lower level has 3 bedrooms with double beds. Possible to have 1-2 extra
beds for children. 2 bathrooms. All rooms has door towards the pool and
garden.
Fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen with international channels,
internet, alarm, BBQ.
Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms with extrabeds possible.
