Apartment Louis Blanc

The apartment

A garden in the city

On the garden level of a handsome Belle Époque building near the Forville market, this apartment pairs the space of a house with the convenience of the town centre: the old port, the Croisette and the beaches are all an easy walk away.

Tall windows hung with deep red curtains light the high-ceilinged rooms. The living room gathers around a marble fireplace, with generous sofas, a large television and art on every wall, and there is a separate dining room with a table for the whole party. The kitchen is fully fitted, with an American-style fridge.

Three double bedrooms each have their own character, and the bathrooms are finished in mosaic tile, one with a bathtub and a walk-in rain shower. Outside, the shuttered façade opens onto a sun terrace with lounge sofas, a shaded terrace beneath an old olive tree, a pergola stairway and a lawned garden: rare luxuries this close to the centre.
