In La Californie, the green, residential quarter on the slopes above the Croisette, this apartment sits in a modern residence set around landscaped gardens and a swimming pool, a short drive or a downhill stroll from the beaches and the centre of Cannes.

Step out onto the balcony and the pool is right below you, framed by palms, olive trees and flowering hedges: the place for breakfast, or for a glass of rosé once the beach day is done.

Inside, the rooms are light and simply furnished: a living and dining room that opens onto the balcony, and a sleek white kitchen with a built-in oven. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, double basin and washing machine.
