Everyone knows that it’s good business to rent out your property when it’s empty anyway. It also increases security to have someone living there. But if you've had earlier doubts, we can offer better care of your precious investment than anyone else, because we operate on a relatively small scale. It’s our ambition that you shall feel that you can safely and easily be able to make your property available for rent without any great effort on your part. Equally self-evident is our aim to find reliable people who wish to spend an enjoyable holiday in your house.

Deposit.
All rental guests pay a deposit to cover the costs of any damage that may occur during the period of rental. We inspect the house thoroughly on every departure, together with the departing guests, before the deposit is repaid. However we do ask that your house is covered by a standard home insurance.

Rent out whenever you like.
All year round, just during the summer, or now and then.
Naturally it’s easiest to rent out during the summer months. However there is also a lot of demand in the spring and autumn, and around Christmas and New Year.


We help you at every stage.
· we advertise your house on our Web site and through advertising
· we draw up the rental contract and administrate all payments
· we receive a deposit from every guest as a guarantee against the cost of any damage
· we manage the cleaning and make sure that your house is clean and tidy
· we supply the guests with sheets and towels
· we personally meet the guests to hand over the keys and provide instructions on maintaining the use, etc.
· we visit the house on departure and inspect it together with the guests.

We can also help you with other practical arrangements that you may not have the time and energy to take care of yourself.
